ABA Releases Report Analyzing Emerging Issues in Renewable Energy Law
The American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Public Utility, Communications and Transportation Law released a report this week providing analysis of emerging issues in renewable energy law. The ABA notes that the report looks at tax subsidies and credits, incentives for liquid fuels, and incentives for Qualified Advanced Energy Projects as well as policy shifts and the Recovery Act.
The reports seeks:
[T]o identify some of the primary mechanisms through which public investments are being made in renewable energy and future reports will track the success of those public investments and the progress of the renewable energy industry more generally.
